Round seven of the 2026 Fun Cup Endurance Championship delivered the result the team had been building towards all season. Sharing Car 146, Abbie Eaton and George Grant ran inside the top five for most of the four hours and converted a clean final stint into third place.

For a garage that has served South London since 1960, a podium at Britain's most famous club circuit carries obvious symbolism. It was also a first for the programme in its debut season, and the third top-ten finish of the year.

Rounds five and six took place on the Donington Park National circuit, pairing a one-hour sprint with a three-hour endurance race. In the sprint Abbie Eaton went four-wide around the outside into Redgate, and in the longer race she moved from tenth to third in a single lap and to the lead within two.

The result was the team's best finish of the season at that point and confirmed Car 146 as a front-running entry rather than a newcomer.

halow is a UK registered charity (No. 1116773) transforming the lives of young adults with learning disabilities. Its patron, Damon Hill OBE, hosts the annual karting challenge in its support.

Clapham North MOT entered two teams. The event raised a record £43,000, and the team's Fun Cup programme continues to race in support of halow at every round.

After a strong debut at Oulton Park, the second round in Norfolk confirmed that the pace was real. Abbie Eaton led into the first corner and the car ran with the leading group across the four hours.

George Grant's stints continued the steady progression that has marked his season, and the team's pit work kept Car 146 in contention throughout.

The 2026 Fun Cup Endurance Championship opened at Oulton Park with a four-hour race, and Team Clapham North announced itself immediately. Abbie Eaton led into Old Hall, the circuit's fast opening corner, on lap one.

For a new entry to the championship the weekend was a statement of intent: quick, well organised and enjoyable to be part of.
