Four hours of racing.
Times follow the BRSCC timetable for the Fun Cup four-hour race, qualifying at 10:30 and lights out at 13:15. Every guest day runs to the same shape; only the circuit and the session times change.

Arrival & garage breakfast
Accreditation at the paddock gate, then breakfast in the Team Clapham North garage as the car is prepared for qualifying.

Garage tour & briefing
How a Fun Cup endurance race works, the strategy for the day and who does what in the pit lane. Meet the drivers before they get busy.

Qualifying
Watch from the pit wall with the timing screens and the team radio.
- 11:45
Lunch
Chef-prepared lunch in the garage hospitality area. This is where the introductions happen.
- 12:40
Grid walk
Onto the grid with the car and the drivers for the pre-race build-up and photographs.
- 13:15
Race start
Four hours of endurance racing. Driver changes, pit stops and strategy calls happen a few feet away; the live stream plays in the garage.
- 17:15
Chequered flag & podium
Debrief with Abbie and George, podium ceremony if the day goes to plan, and drinks in the garage.
- 18:00
Depart
Photographs from the day are shared with guests the following week.
